Excellent comms before arrival and super helpful with organising well-priced airport transfers. Easy pick up at the airport and lovely airconditioned ride through the crazy traffic. Great location in the heart of District 1 with walking access to most places. All facilities we could have asked for were very nearby. All staff were so kind, thoughtful and attentive - really appreciated. On arrival plenty of explanation about the upcoming Reunification celebrations and practice runs and how it might impact us. Discount offers for restaurant Cloud Nine (we didn't use) and Sky Bar (we did use - beautiful venue in the evening with an awesome view and some delicious cocktails). Our room was facing the back so probably much quieter than the front - we were on 7th floor with views of a beautiful rooftop garden just over the way and interesting trees and buildings beyond, but nothing overlooking us. We asked for, and received rooms next door to each other. The bed was SOOO comfortable. Soft enough but still firm and not soggy. Pillows good, too. Sheets were excellent quality and duvet was just the right weight (for me, anyway). Towels were thick and effective and there were flannels and hand towels aplenty. Curtains were effective at blocking light. Lots of sockets available and all took pretty much every nationality of plug. Bathroom amenities good. Loved that the shower ones were labelled large enough that I could read without my glasses! Water pressure was excellent. Apparently there was great connectivity with the tv for Netflix/YouTube etc (we didn't need it). Super adjustable aircon - speed and temperature - very important! Breakfast was great - plenty of options and quantity for everyone. The poached eggs and scrambled eggs were particularly good. Different hot options and salads available each day. Lots of sweet options, too. The pool was, amazingly, actually quite refreshing! We didn't try the spa or the gym but both looked well-equipped

From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. She stayed in touch throughout our stay via WhatsApp, checked in regularly to make sure everything was perfect, offered amazing local tips, and even helped extend the pool hours one evening just for us. Her warmth and attention to detail made a lasting impression, we’d genuinely return just because of her! We stayed in an Executive Room (upgraded from a Deluxe King), which was spotless, spacious, and beautifully modern. The bed was super soft, the pillow menu was a thoughtful touch, and the shower was the best we had in all of Vietnam. The hotel itself lives up to the “premium” name. The rooftop pool has stunning views, the spa was peaceful and professional, and the restaurant served one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had, especially the pho and eggs cooked to order. The location was great too: central and close to major shops and landmarks, but tucked away from the noisy nightlife, which suited us perfectly. We truly can’t fault this place. It was the perfect way to end our trip, and Thi’s exceptional service took it to the next level. Highly recommend!

La Siesta Premium Saigon hands down is the best hotel our family has stayed at to date! The daily breakfast has plenty of options to choose from and their fresh noodle soups are amazing (even better than some of the restaurants outside of the hotel). Their freshly made specialty desserts are also absolutely delicious! The impeccable service from the staff sets La Siesta Premium Saigon apart from the other hotels we’ve stayed at. All of the staff we interacted with during our stay were phenomenal. The housekeeping crew did a great job replenishing items and efficient during their rounds. Our family would like to give big thanks to Mai Ngo (reception), Tri Le (belllman) and Hai (driver) for going more than the extra mile and providing plenty of resources. We highly recommend staying at La Siesta Premium Saigon and would not hesitate on returning to this establishment in the future!

This hotel is amazing and all staff are a credit to the hotel. The staff were polite, professional, helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious, very clean, quiet and the bed was so incredibly comfortable. The shower and bathroom facilities were fantastic and the breakfast was delicious! We were so impressed with the quality of this hotel from the reception/lobby area to the room and the restaurant/bar area. Providing tranquility in the hectic city of Ho Chi Minh. The location was also great. I would highly recommend this hotel. Price is at the higher end of the hotels in the city but absolutely worth every penny! If I am ever to return, I will most definitely choose this hotel as my resting place. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

It would be difficult to beat the hotel's location in District 1, the Ban Than market is literally just around the corner. The hotel is brand new, so there were a few small teething problems, so for those expecting a spa break the spa is not yet open, but the upside was that everything was new and clean. The hotel staff could not do enough for us, they were very helpful. There is a small pool area, which is very well done althoug compact and a great terrace skybar. Just a word for those booking a half day Saigon excursion, then it would be cheaper to get the big red bus (at 200,000 dong) that goes to exactly the same sites as the tours. I would definately stay here again, and its definately great value for money
